Homeopathy Restores the Peace We all Crave

There’s a saying that all roads lead to Rome. Put another way, all truths come to the same conclusion, even if they take different paths to get there.

Perhaps everyone’s goal is to feel at peace within themselves, to feel content and relaxed moment by moment.

I remember hearing about a rich business tycoon on holiday in a remote island, inhabited by local people who relied on fishing as a living. The tycoon was out fishing one day, and got talking to the owner of the boat. He suggested that the fisherman could market himself better and make much more money.

The local fisherman listened quietly and with respect. Then, wisely he commented that then he would become more stressed. This would lead to his need for a holiday in the environment he currently called home.

Who was wise here? Who has more?

Humans have deviated from this inner peace to an almost unprecedented level - constant mind chatter about the past or future, with no focus on the present. Yet it is the present which is all there really is to life. Seeking more and more material ‘things’ to fill that inner void just leads to more desires. It does nothing to alleviate the emptiness within.

This ignores the fact that we are dynamic, spiritual beings, not just beings within the physical boundaries of the skin.

It ignores that everything in our lives reflects who we are - our children, partners, family members, friends, enemies, environment, animals, work, hobbies. The list is endless.

If you want to speak to someone in a crowded and noisy room, the best way is to whisper in their ear. Trying to compete with the noise is pointless and simply adds to the chaos.

Your intuition, inner wisdom, or whatever you want to call it, doesn’t try to compete with your noisy mind. Instead, it whispers to you, when your mind is silent, however briefly. These are the eureka moments that people so often have - on the toilet, in the bath, on falling asleep or at any time when their minds are quiet.

Meditation can help you achieve this, as can yoga, Tai Chi and various other natural modalities.

Another approach is to watch what goes on around you. Watching how your relationships unfurl are a great way of mirroring you back to yourself. The anger, fear or emotions in others are a direct reflection of you. How easy it is to resolve someone else’s problem, rather than our own! But, they are our own.

Animals, in their total acceptance of the ‘now’ moment are fine masters at this art of mirroring you. When you are in fear, so too will be your animals. To such an extent that they will even suffer the same pathology - caused by your imbalance.

The desire to control our environment and family is because we have a lack of inner control which makes us feel very anxious. Our every action is a reflection of that inner turmoil.

Homeopathy understands this so well. Which is why homeopaths need to consider so much of you - your past, your dreams, your hobbies, your work, your reactions. It all points to how you deal with your life, how you act which is different from everyone else. Your individuality.

Homeopathy is so good at restoring the balance, at undoing past hurts, at calming your mind.

It is quite normal not to know how bad things have become for you, until you start on the journey away from the chaos. Then, looking back, it’s almost like viewing a movie - was I really like that? I know because I’ve been there, done that..., probably still doing it but to a lesser extent.

Homeopathy as a Complete Health Package

There really is nothing quite like homeopathy. There are no limits to what it can achieve. The limits are those that are imposed by you the patient, or the practitioner.

Let’s look at how. Homeopathy is brilliant at resolving physical issues, be it from a mild injury, to an intense headache, to severe pathology. You can even learn to treat the mild (and not-so-mild) physical issues yourself with some of the common remedies in a low potency (strength).

Homeopathy is fantastic at restoring emotional balance after a shock, a fright, a grief, abandonment or when anger or aggression becomes a dominant factor in your life.

There is nothing quite like the depth or speed with which homeopathy can reverse deeply troubled minds.

In a nutshell, homeopathy is your doctor, your specialist, your councellor, your psychologist, your psychiatrist. This is because all of you is connected. Your mind is not separate from your body and your body parts are not separate from each other. You are connected to all of you. Homeopathy is one of the few modalities which recognises this.

Homeopathy can also replace chiropractors, physiotherapists and other body workers.

Because homeopathy works at a deep level, dentistry can also come into its sphere of action.

People have their own limited ideas. Sadly this comes through by incomplete homeopathic training as well as by not expanding our potential.

Some homeopaths do a quick 6 months or year long training. Some courses are written by people other than homeopaths. There are a multitude of reasons why some homeopaths will tell you your problem can’t be fixed by homeopathy. What they really mean is that they are not up to the job, that they don’t know enough. But that takes courage to admit as well time to rectify. Not something many people have.

I’m telling you that the sky is the limit with homeopathic treatment. You just need patience and a good homeopath who makes it their life’s journey to continue to grow and learn.

Just as in any other walk of life, there are good, bad and indifferent homeopaths. Here are a few of my suggestions to know if your’s is on the ball:

  •  you should always have a good, working relationship (friendly but respectful - anything less will not be in your long term interest)
  •  where you do most of the talking (guided by the skillful homeopath)
  •  when you are not judged, when the homeopath has no prejudices, where you feel completely at ease
  •  the depth of questioning will give you an idea - we need to touch your inner core so expect hidden emotions to surface
  •  the fewer the remedies (both in different remedies and in doses) you are given at any one time, the deeper will be the prescription
  •  complexes (several remedies in one bottle) are definitely taboo except under exceptional circumstances
  •  a need to see you frequently initially, fading into rare visits means your tendencies are being dealt with and so your ailments will diminish
  •  an improvement in not only your complaints, but also in food cravings (for healthy food), in sleep and in energy and motivation

Although most chronic conditions will take time to go completely, there will be signs to show you things are definitely on the mend. Sometimes these are subtle and you can’t see them immediately, but a skillful homeopath will be able to recognise and show you the improvements.

However, homeopathy is not one of the easiest modalities to work with, as everyone is treated as the individual they are. So if you feel comfortable with your homeopath, allow them time to ‘find’ you and so the most suitable prescription. After all, it can be hard to pack a lifetime into an hour or two.

And a good homeopath will always be using homeopathy for themselves. Just as you do, they will need an objective person (in the form of another homeopath) to help them through their problems. Ask what troubles they have or have had and what helped them. That can tell you a lot about them and the depth of their knowledge.

The Different Levels of Homeopathic Prescribing

I’ve always been a bit puzzled when homeopaths say “homeopathy can’t treat this or that’, as my training was all about homeopathy treating the person, not the disease. As one homeopath put so well, ‘a tumour doesn’t walk into your clinic and sit in your chair, so why treat it?’.

It’s the person (or animal) with the ailment that needs treatment, not the ailment itself.

At a recent seminar, the mystery was solved for me. So I want to share this with you, as it may help you understand homeopathy a little better.

There are four levels of homeopathic prescribing.

Level one is at the level of treating the disease itself, rather than the person. This is in line with allopathic treatment (mainstream medicine) where just the ailment is treated. Little knowledge is necessary as only the disease itself is considered. The only difference between allopathic treatment and homeopathic treatment at level one treatment is that the medicine will be in potency (ie will have the energy of the source, just as homeopathic medicines do), rather than be in material doses.

Level two is still treating the disease or problem, but now it is a little more specialised, with personal knowledge of the uniqueness of that person expressing the disease. Some individuality is now needed to prescribe the right medicine, such as arthritis which is worse in the summer or better at the end of the day.

Level three brings in the emotional or mind of the person, as well as using the symptoms of the presenting problem. For example, the person may be suffering migraines, which started after they lost a loved one. The unprocessed grief is now manifesting at the physical level.

Level four is a recent addition, and goes much deeper and way beyond level three. Few homeopaths are using this method as it is so new, but also much more difficult to apply. However, the results that can be obtained far outweigh all the other levels combined.

Most medical homeopaths (doctors and vets) have only been trained to level 2, so they use therapeutics a lot, just as they do in the medical world. Whilst there is nothing inherently wrong with this, and much good can be done, it is limited.

Most lay homeopaths (the non medical ones) in the west have longer homeopathic training than the medical ones and are far more interested in reaching the mind and emotions, knowing full well a much better result is likely.

The exception to this is Indian trained homeopaths who generally undergo far longer training than those in the west.

Of course, there is always individual.as well as cultural and country variations, but generally speaking, you will get deeper prescribing from a lay homeopath in the west, than from a medical one.

Home prescribing is at level two. You can do a lot yourself, but by no means everything.

Depending on the person and the part of the world you are in, naturopaths may only be up to level two. However, in America, homeopaths are called naturopaths.

Talking about practitioners, I consider it to be of paramount importance to have a good relationship with your chosen practitioner, whatever the modality. If you don’t resonate with them, I suggest you don’t discard the modality, just the practitioner. Make sure you have a good, working relationship.with all your therapists, but be practical about it, rather than romantic.

Homoeopathy is a Journey, a Lifestyle, More Than Just a Treatment

When you start to use homoeopathic treatment, especially when you start to learn to use the common remedies at home, you gradually come to realise that homoeopathy is a way of life, rather than simply a treatment.

Because homoeopathic treatment is all about finding your unique cause of ill health, as well as your personal symptoms, it becomes obvious to you that you need to take ownership for what you do to yourself.

Taking responsibility for your own life is rare in today's world, driven by materialistic gain and ego-related recognition. But you will never have good health until you recognise that this is part of the process.

Diet, sleep, exposure to natural sunlight, time for you, time in nature, time to relax all become not only desirable, but necessary. When you ignore them, you quickly come to realise you did so at your peril. And you need to do something to get back on track.

When you start to use homoeopathic treatment for all your health concerns, the process subtly changes your perspective on life. Over time you relax more, shift your focus, let things go more easily, naturally move towards a healthier approach to life. Materialism becomes less important. Inner peace becomes your focus. Relationships improve. People can no longer easily push your buttons.

This is in perfect natural balance. Ill health is more about the unresolved emotional energy that creates physical ill health as a result, than apparently appearing out of nowhere.

Enjoy the journey. The destination will take care of itself.

Looking for an Alternative Health Magazine But Feel Confused by the Array?

People in their droves are turning their backs on the manipulative medical and pharmaceutical markets and are starting to take control of their own health. It’s a turning point for the world. As you take control of your own health, so you influence the greater world.

With the booming of the natural and alternative health market, you could be forgiven for being confused. There seem to be so many modalities. Some do this, some do that. Some are hands on (and so could be worrying for the nervous), some are hands off.

There’s homeopathy, massage, naturopathy, kinesiology, herbalism, flower essences, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, Bowan therapy, chiropractic, hypnotherapy, the list is endless.

You may never have heard of many of them. And some of them cross over.

By subscribing to an alternative health magazine, even if it does specialise, will mean that you’ll get a better understanding of what that modality can do and if you are attracted to it.

Knowledge is power! You can’t make up your mind about where to go with your health care, without knowing something about the various options.

So what should you look for in an informative alternative health magazine? Apart from the modality speciality of the author, wider areas should also be discussed, such as diet. And the emerging truth about some of the risks with conventional medical tests and treatments.

With medicine and drugs dominating the western health care system for decades, you have never been given options to explore. They ruled with an iron hand.

Now things are changing. It’s a new century, a new age, a new awareness. People are demanding to know the truth. And to their right to choose.

When you’re looking for an alternative health magazine which specialises, check out it also covers other areas of natural health, such as diet. It should sometimes bring in experts to discuss various options and what to avoid.

I have heard that some doctors don’t believe diet has a direct impact on health. Don’t, for one moment, believe them! Diet is all important. For example, Westin A. Price (1870-1948), a Cleveland dentist looked for the causes of dental decay and physical degeneration that he observed in his dental practice. He went searching for people with fine teeth and good health. He found them the world over in isolated human groups, including villages in Switzerland, Gaelic communities in the Outer Hebrides, Eskimos and Indians of North America, and other remote locations.

A good alternative health magazine will explore some of the common areas of conventional health care, particularly the controversial ones, such as vaccination. And will often give their speciality slant on them.

Many alternative health magazines are free to subscribe to and appear regularly. Regular magazines are a good idea, as it helps to keep you on track. With the best will in the world, you’ll be influenced by the media, your family, friends and colleagues, who may not yet have started to explore their health rights and options.

When you’re new to exploring something, you’re in a vulnerable position and can be easily influenced. Stay true to your feelings and keep looking and learning!

Choosing A Natural Health Magazine Which is Unbiased

Natural health magazines abound, often giving you conflicting advice. Who should you believe?

I believe any good natural health magazine, like any good magazine, shouldn’t so much give you advice, rather they should give unbiased important pros and cons and leave you to work out the best solution for you.

After all you are unique. What is helpful to the magazine editor may be harmful to you. Only you can decide.

Being unbiased is hugely important. We’re all reading in the news how doctors have been paid to create unsubstantiated ‘scientific’ papers supporting some drug or other.

Natural health magazine editors are people too. Some good, some bad, some indifferent. If the editor only advocates items they receive a royalty form, they aren’t unbiased.

Sure, we all need to make our daily crust, but it’s best to be open about what we profit from.

A good natural health magazine should look at all aspects of health, not just focus on physical ailments. For example, diet is critical to good health.

I recently read of six people, all suffering with type 2 diabetes, on insulin and all obese. Within one week of a change of diet, most were off their insulin. Within one month, they all were.

Isn’t that awesome?

I find it extraordinary that doctors receive no nutritional training whatsoever.

Yet I doubt there is a natural health therapist who doesn’t understand the importance of diet.

Natural health covers every aspect of who you are. You aren’t just your body. You aren’t just your mind. You are a unique and complex unit. Your feelings and emotions are as important (actually more so) as your thoughts and creations.

So any natural health magazine worth its salt will cover aspects of your emotional health, as well as your physical health. When you ignore your emotional health, sooner or later you’ll suffer physical ill health.

Everyone knows that stress causes anxiety and that anxiety causes higher blood pressure and faster heart rate. While that’s fine for a short period, if you continually have these ‘anxiety attacks’, your physical health will deteriorate.

But you don’t have to resort to drugs. There are many effective, natural alternatives. And homeopathy can actually get to the cause of why you are suffering these attacks in the first place.

And fix it.

And lastly, your magazine should have a readers question area. Whilst the answer may not be specifically helpful for your ailment, they should be able to point you in the right direction. They should know what areas each natural health modality excels in and which has limited ability.

For example, you wouldn’t go to a masseuse if you had incontinence. And you probably wouldn’t go to a chiropractor if you had a torn ligament. It’s doubtful you’d see an acupuncturist if you had been abused as a child.

Yet all these health issues can be resolved using homeopathy.

Natural Cures with Homeopathy

When you start looking, natural cures abound. From the rapid resolution of a simple insect bite, to the healing of a chronic, disabling, wasting and fatal disease. All can be healed naturally.

The key is in finding the cause.

Some causes are easy to see. For instance, if you regularly eat doughnuts for breakfast, burgers for lunch and microwave a packet for dinner, you know your health won’t, can’t, last.

It can be that easy.

So, armed with your brand new homeopathic first aid kit, you want to magically bring about some natural cures for you and your family.

Let’s say your young daughter has been bitten by a bee. The site swells up, becomes red and tight to feel. She complains of a stinging or burning pain. She may or may not be allergic to bees, but if she is, there is a very real possibility of her going into anaphylactic shock.

Deciding on first trying the natural cures approach, you rapidly read through the instructions in your kit. Apis seems to be the appropriate remedy, given the cause and the resultant symptoms, as well as the past history.

You give her a dose. Ten minutes you give her another dose. The whining reduces a little. You give another dose ten minutes later.

You didn’t imagine it, the whining has almost completely abated.

Twenty minutes later, it starts again.

Another dose.

She races off playing.

A couple of hours later, she asks for another dose. By which time the site has improved a great deal and you’re feeling pretty pleased with yourself.

Your cat comes home one day, feeling rather sorry for himself. On closer inspection, you see some marks on his leg that look like a bite mark. You know he tends to play with baby snakes that are common where you live. So you fear the worse.

Although this is pretty serious stuff, you are encouraged by your past successes, so you opt for the natural cures approach again. Digging out your homeopathic first aid kit you look up bites from poisonous animals.

It tells you to give Aconite first for the shock, then Ledum for the bite. Then to alternate them every ten minutes. Your cat doesn’t seem to mind this at all. You feel he knows you’re trying to help. After a couple of hours, you begin to see he is noticeably relaxing and trying to sleep. You leave him, checking on him regularly.

That evening, he wakes up, demanding his dinner as normal.

Now you’re really getting into your stride.

Sceptical to the last, your partner comes down with a fever after swimming in cold water on a hot day. His face looks red, you can see his carotids pounding at his throat. He’s burning up with a fever.

You’ve heard that fever is a good reaction of the body to stop invading pathogens taking a hold. But you’re a bit alarmed as his fever is surging through 38 degrees C and rising.

Your, by now trusty homeopathic first aid kit, comes out again. You quickly scan the instructions and decide on Belladonna.

Putting a pillule (small pill) in half a glass of water, you spoon a little water into your partner’s mouth, every few minutes. It’s not long before you see him relax and fall asleep.

An hour or so later he wakes, takes another sip and falls back to sleep. Typical of his gender, although completely recovered in just a few hours, he puts it down to fluke, coincidence, not a very bad attack.

You nursed him. You know different.

So when shouldn’t you try to achieve natural cures with your home remedy kit?

Well, firstly, when you have a serious condition and the selected remedies don’t seem to be having any effect.

Secondly, when the remedy kit doesn’t seem to cover the eventuality.

Thirdly with any serious or chronic disease. Serious disease often has more than one cause and many factors need to be considered. For instance, I’m often contacted with how someone can help themselves with the pain of cancer.

This is way beyond the scope of a home prescriber. Seek the services of a professional homeopath or your preferred therapist in these circumstances. You need to know a lot more than a kit can give you.

A chronic disease is one which lasts a long time, often the rest of your life (but not with homeopathy!).

A home prescribing homeopathic first aid kit generally covers acute conditions - which can look alarming, but are usually resolved within a few days or weeks. And this is where you can do most good, this is where your natural cures will become a regular occurrence.

So learn to know what you can and can’t treat, know that you will make mistakes and you won’t always get it right, and be empowered by those magical natural cures that will soon become commonplace.

Natural Health Products - Where, What, Why and How

If you’re new to natural health, you may be wondering what products to buy and where to purchase them, for the best quality and value. You’ll also probably like to know what they can do for your health and how to take them.

If you’re a seasoned natural health products user, you may be wondering how to extend your knowledge.

One of the best ways of getting your head around a new concept AND extending your knowledge is to subscribe to a good, regular ezine (online newsletter) which discusses various ailments, a multitude of the natural health products which will help resolve these symptoms, and the whereabouts of where you can purchase these, wherever you are in the world.

One of the best range of natural health products are homeopathic remedies. These are highly effective, low cost and easy to use. You can use the services of a professional homeopath to help deal with deep seated issues. And you can use some common remedies in the comfort of your own home, dealing with any ailments from a cold to a burn.

Homeopathy is a new concept to most people. You may not know what it is or how it works.

Learning anything new takes time. The best way is to learn a little at a time. This way, it becomes a part of live.

When I run classes on how to home prescribe, I encourage participants to practice on their families, in between classes. The following class always starts off with the excited chatter of how successful their efforts have been.

There’s nothing quite as exciting as having your own personal success!

There are already more than 4,000 homeopathic remedies available and this is added to daily as more remedies become known about. As a home prescriber, only about 40 are available to you, but that’s still a lot to get your head around when you don’t know much!

Of all the natural health products available, from herbs to food, homeopathy is probably the most difficult for a newbie, as the concepts are so different from mainstream thinking.

So it’s good to have a mentor, to help guide you through the maze.

Challenges are a great way to stretch your mind, but they can be overwhelming when you get stuck and don’t know where to go for help.

Of all the natural health products about, I know of no other than homeopathy which can do so much good when you select the correct remedy, and do no harm if you get it wrong.

That’s a mighty claim.

I just want to repeat it as it really is profound.

Do so much good...

... and do no harm.

What other natural health products can make that claim?

I know very little about herbs, aromatherapy, chiropractic (for example), other than they can be wonderful, and also harmful in the wrong hands.

What other health products can make that claim?

I know very little about medicine (and don’t want to), other than it is mostly suppressive and works against your body’s own innate healing powers. This means it comes at a price - twice.

Once as a high monetary cost, once in the harmful effect on your overall, long term health.

In my opinion, nothing comes close to homeopathy in the way it can resolve deep seated issues and long standing symptoms. The most difficult part is getting started. Once you’ve created that momentum, things click into place naturally.

How Effective is Natural Healing?

You may not be aware of it, but your body has a tremendous capacity to heal you.

From anything.

So why doesn’t it?

Because you’re out of balance!

Once you’re back in natural balance, true natural healing is possible.

So what does out of balance mean, and how do you put yourself back into balance?

You only have to look as far as nature to see what natural balance is. Living the stressful life that is the mainstay of modern day human existence is probably the main contributing factor for your lack of balance.

I’m not necessarily promoting the idea that you give up your job and live in the bush. You can do anything and remain in natural balance.

It’s how you handle things that shows up your balance, or lack of.

Most people don’t handle things very well. You might get angry or defensive when someone criticises you. You don’t take enough ‘you’ time, time to relax or reflect. You may not be eating well. You may be partying and drinking too much.

Natural healing can only come about when you consider you as an entire entity. Your thoughts, your physical challenges, your feelings are all connected. If you have been taken physically ill, it’s more than likely because you didn’t listen to your inner self, which was telling you to slow down, or get another job, or get out of your current relationship.

When you don’t listen, something takes over and MAKES you listen. A spell in hospital may be the only way you will reflect on your life. That doesn’t sound very much like natural healing, I hear you say. And no it isn’t. But if the time and experience there makes you take stock and turn your life around, then it has been beneficial.

Natural healing can’t come about if you’re putting garbage food into your body on a regular basis.

Garbage in, garbage out.

Healthy food, natural supplements regular light exercise, lots of time to relax, listening to your inner voice for major, and minor, life decisions are the best ways to allow your body to get into the natural healing mode it knows so well and does so efficiently.

It’s doubtful there is a human alive who doesn’t have some issues or life experience that is holding them back, keeping them in a rut or preventing them from moving forward in the way they really want to.

This is because these issues haven’t been properly resolved. You may think you’ve got over the death of your whoever, or the abuse you suffered as a child. But if you either don’t want to think/talk about it or cry or feel emotional when you do, you know you haven’t resolved it.

And you can’t move forward until you do. Once you have truly resolved it, your body’s innate natural healing powers come into their own, and away you go.

One of the best ways, if not the best way, of helping you resolve these deep issues is homeopathy. Homeopathy has the unique capacity to quickly put you back into balance, so your natural healing powers can once more resume their efficient task.

You can tell what problems are upper most in your life, by the physical ails you succumb to.

The liver is where anger is stored. Ever heard of the phrase ‘he’s a bit liverish today’, meaning he’s angry. So if you’re regularly angry or irritable, it’s likely your liver is struggling. It may not show up on a blood test. Yet. But it will, if you don’t take steps to resolve it.

The kidneys are where fear is stored. Are you getting lots of urinary tract infections? Check out what you’re fearful of. That can be a bit challenging on your own, and you may need the help of a therapist, such as a homoeopath.

The lungs are the seat of grief. Displaced people/immigrants often succumb to tuberculosis. TB is all about the lungs. Displaced people are often fleeing from their country out of necessity rather than choice, leaving their family behind.

So if you want to have a magical life, one where things just keep going right, feed your body well, respect it, listen to it, make sure you have daily relaxation and get professional help with your deep seated problems.

Balance your yin (female) and yang (male) energy.

Healing you does more to heal the world than anything else.

Homeopathy is Powerful, Effective, Low Cost and Above All, Easy to Use at Home

Did you know, that apart from consulting with a professional homeopath, you can also use homeopathy in the comfort of your own home?

Some of the more common homeopathic remedies cover such a broad scope of ailments, you can use them successfully at home, without having to know very much about homeopathy or how it works.

Arm yourself with a kit of remedies, a good beginner’s book and a helpful and regular ezine or magazine and you’re away.

Homeopathy is a natural and complete health modality. You can use it to heal minor ailments such as a cold or ant bite. Or you can use it to treat major things like anaphylactic shock or broken bones. Although in the latter situation, I highly recommend you also use the medical services to have the bone set!

And as a beginner I don’t suggest you try to tackle anaphylactic shock, as it’s quite a serious issue.

But the potential is there for you.

I can tell you that success goes to your head! You can get quite euphoric when you’ve successfully treated an ailment, whether your own or a family members. It spurs you on to greater things.

But you’ll also experience failures, where, despite your best intentions, you didn’t manage to change anything. But, you know what I find so amazing, is that even though you didn’t manage to do any good, neither did you do any harm.

Homeopathy is very gentle and very forgiving. No-one is going to get worse for your administrations and you can do a lot of good.

The one trouble I think homeopathy suffers from is that the ailment doesn’t disappear with bells and whistles, announcing it’s departure.

It’s not uncommon for homeopaths to hear from their returning patient that nothing has happened. However, on closer inspection;
Q - “Do you still get those daily headaches?”
A - “No, they went just after I saw you.”
Q - “What about your sore knee. You were having trouble with it giving way suddenly.’
A - “That’s almost completely gone now. I don’t think about it very much.”
Q - “When you were here a month ago, you said your energy was really low, you had to drag yourself out of bed in the morning and went to bed early. How’s that doing?”
A - “Well, I’m not exactly bouncing out of bed now, but I’m not dragging myself out either. And I find I’m not falling asleep in front of the television, in the evening either.”
Q - “Did you say nothing had happened?”
A - “You’ve reminded me what I was like a month ago. I’ve moved on. Things just slipped noiselessly away. I didn’t notice them go.”

Isn’t homeopathy great? It’s so effective, you just don’t notice ailments disappearing, as they go so easily. So it’s a good idea to make notes and quite detailed ones at that. Then you can go back and see how you’ve moved on.
